I ordered these last night and they arrived this afternoon, which was great. But when I opened the box, there was one bag of tape shut, which initially was also fine. But the two photos above show what was actually inside that bag.
The royal blue and the purple towel were each in an open Ziploc bag labeled "this is a set do not separate". The rest of the towels were wadded up, as shown in the other photo, and we're just stuffed in the taped up bag. They seem to be new and unused, but they certainly did not arrive folded in any way or even neatly bagged. They were crammed in, stuffed in, And are badly wrinkled. I will be washing them multiple times prior to use, as Lord knows how they were stored or where they have been... The towels themselves seem to be as advertised, And I am not a clean freak, a germophobe, nor am I fussy, but I've never ever had a brand new item arrive in such a careless and inappropriate manner. This is really beyond ridiculous. Hopefully, they will hold up to being washed...
