We would like to inform all of our customers who are planning to purchase a new or reconditioned Butler System and van in the year that there is a serious shortage of vans.
Normally we would have an extensive inventory of both new and pre-owned vans for our customers to choose from. Unfortunately, due to constraints and part shortages, we have been advised by General Motors that we will not be allotted the volume of vans we typically order.
Therefore, we suggest that if you are considering purchasing a new van, that you place an order with your local dealer immediately, as it may be many months before it is produced. To lessen transportation costs, your dealer can have your van "dropped-shipped" direct from the factory to one of our local dealers. We will be pleased to provide you and your dealer with our recommended van specifications and the names of our local "drop-ship" dealers.
Furthermore, if you are interested in purchasing a used van we suggest you search your local dealers or ask them to notify you when they expect to have one available.
