For driving with a light load (empty box) 10-20 psi. For heavier application load truck and fill until car is level (up to the max rate of the shock) my air bags are 80 psi the air shocks I have used 200 psi max. The bottom line is to keep the car level when loaded. If you need the shocks to level the car unloaded you need springs (not saying that you have that problem)
